About

The Hitch 2 in brief

Hitch 2 is a plug-and-play USB computer access interface that connects physical switches or a compatible 9-pin joystick to switch-accessible software. It provides inputs for up to five switches or one joystick and includes commonly used switch-access keystrokes for straightforward setup. One to four custom keystrokes can also be programmed when an activity requires different commands. A dedicated mouse control mode allows a joystick or multiple switches to move and control the on-screen cursor. Hitch 2 works with Windows, macOS, Chrome and Android devices that have a compatible USB connection and is designed for use with switch-accessible software.

Who it helps

Is this right for you?

Users who access computers or tablets through one or more physical switches or a compatible joystick rather than a standard mouse and keyboard. Hitch 2 is particularly useful when switch-accessible software is being used for learning, communication, recreation or computer control, and when the access setup needs multiple switch inputs, programmable keystrokes or joystick-based mouse control.
