Accessibility is the reason Consort World exists. We want everyone who visits this website, including people who use assistive technology, to be able to find what they need and get in touch with us easily.

Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the international standard published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
We design and test with the people we serve in mind: users of eye gaze, switches, screen readers, keyboard-only access and screen magnification, and people with cognitive, sensory or motor differences.
Current status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That means most of the site meets the standard, but some parts do not yet fully conform. These are listed below. This assessment is our own self-assessment, carried out in October 2026 when the site was rebuilt.
What we have done
Colour contrast. Text and interface colours have been checked against the WCAG contrast ratios: at least 4.5:1 for normal text, and at least 3:1 for large text, buttons, form borders and focus indicators.
Keyboard focus. Links, buttons and form fields show a clear, high-contrast outline when you move to them with a keyboard or switch.
Target size. Buttons and controls are at least 44 by 44 pixels, making them easier to select by touch, eye gaze or pointer.
Reduced motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, the site turns off animations and hover movement.
Text alternatives. Photos, product images and partner logos have text descriptions for screen reader users.
Known limitations
Arabic. The site is currently in English only. An Arabic version is in preparation.
Manufacturer documents. Some product brochures, manuals and videos are supplied by the manufacturers and may not meet the same standard. If you need one of these in another format, please ask us.
Ongoing work. We are continuing to review page structure, forms and older content, and will fix issues as we find them.
